How do you drain the radiator??

Passanger side lay in front of the wheel and look up. There is a tiny red cap that is difficult to see but that is the drain plug. You’ll have to stick your arm up there and feel for it, its right above the frame rail. I did a coolant flush earlier this year and the hardest part was finding the damn drain plug lol. Once you find it you’ll remember where and you can see it after you know where to look. only red thing there so you’ll know when you see red lol.

Found it.
...but now, for some reason, my expansion tank stopped draining to the radiator after putting a couple gallons through it to flush it (although it DID drain at first)
What am I missing now?
Do the lids have to be on or is a certain minimum amount of water/coolant in the radiator itself necessary for some pressure reason or something?

No it kind of holds fluid up in it, when i was done flushing i cusped my hands around it and blew the fluid left out with the drain plug still open and it exited that way.
Confused now?
