How to remove the passenger side turbo

I have the turbo completely unbolted and free, but how do I rotate it to get it out of the vehicle? I have tried all kinds of ways but I am afraid of getting it jammed.

It seems the heater lines are in the way against the firewall.

I have completely removed the starter.

I think the only way is to carefully measure where the wastegate actuator is on the threaded rod, then remove it from the turbo while it is in the vehicle. I just don't see how it is possible otherwise. The Expedition has one heater pipe that is bent downwards, the F-150 with the gen 1 engine doesn't seem to have those pipes - guess they are for the rear.

I found multiple youtube videos on removing the RH turbo from an Expedition and they all cut the actual removal out, like it is trivial! Gah!

Thanks. The only thing I have not done is move the AC compressor forwards, but looking at the situation I don't see how that would help at all.

I marked the two nuts on the wastegate arm with nail polish then measured the distance of the end nut from the end of the rod with calipers. Then I removed the wastegate actuator and it was trivial to remove the turbo. No need to mess around with the AC compressor. Put it all back together and verified with calipers.

Here is the condition of my turbo, 180k miles. No issues but I guess I will replace it anyway.
