Hi I have a problem with my blend control when I turn it all the way to cold it makes a clicking sound and if I move it away from cold a little bit it stop and same for heat. I had motor replaced 1 year 1 month ago just took it in and they said it could be motor again or blend door. My problem is if it is motor its covered by warranty but if its the door it self its not. Can anyone give me some advice on what I should do I am handy enough to tackle most anything but if its under warranty then I'd rather not mess with it

Sounds like motor to me, and if they used an aftermarket motor i'm not to surprised some of them aren't of the highest quality

I guess it would depend on how far gone the gears are, and since this has just started I would think that it could. The gears just aren't good enough to hold the pressure at the end points

Replace both motors. It is not hard I did both mine in around 30 minutes. Neither is hard to get to and both can be accessed via the tray (remove it). I got both on Amazon.
