O2 sensors don’t take power they monitor your exhaust oxygen levels rich/cold. Similar to a knock censor adjusts timing/fuel if knocks

So if it unplugged or faulty i wont get ANY POWER LOSS?????

Removing it makes run rich have to adjust timing/fuel pressure same with lean. Low will also affect your motor temp. Way computer tries to adjust like starting car in morning vs during day. You can smell exhaust by standing behind the car to see it.

O2 sensors have a heater and draw a small voltage when engine is warming up(open loop). Any malfunction, including O2 heater will show up with a CEL and code. Expeditions have 4 O2 sensors. The front monitor fuel/air and feedback to PCM. The front work only until 2200 rpm(closed loop, normal running). Anything above that the engine ignores O2(and mass air sensor)and goes into WOT(wide open throttle). This to prevent engine damage from a lean mixture or detonation under high load. A faulty front O2 could potentially leave you in open loop. The vehicle will run, but have reduced fuel mileage. The rear O2's , do nothing but check exhaust emission and Cat efficiency.
