I'd rather be proactive than reactive

Bear with me I'm new here... I picked up this 05 for $4000 99K miles great buy right!! But it had a chatter coming from the motor, I learned I'll need to change cam phasers and tensioners. I decided if I'm going in this far here's what I'll replace:

1. Both cam phasers, chains, and tensioners, all 4 guides.
2. All 8 plugs and boots (with titanium autolite HT15)
3. Ribbed belt
4. Air and fuel filters
5. Power steering pump
6. I also bought all new TOYO Open Country II 265/70R 17

I'd like to know what more I should consider?

ps I'm going to start tricking out my Expy with new radio, interior LEDs.

Change out all of the fluids, trans, xfer case, front and rear axle and antifreeze unless you have some records of when they were last changed.
