idles and accelerates fine,but while driving it will cut in and out

98 expedition EB...176,000 miles... i was having an idle problem and it seemed to clear up when i changed out the plug on number 6 also new coil pack....now i am having a problem with it cutting out or stuttering while driving..its fine under acceleration,but when im cruising it will cut in and out...no engine light on...run a can of seafoam through it....im at a loss...im am thinking o2 sensor or DPFE..anyone have any thoughts? low budget if possible

Vacuum leak. Go to the dealership and purchase the PCV assembly. Ford made three different PCV's for the Expedition. 1 non-heated, 2 heated. The 2 heated one's have a plastic "Y" fitting just above the PCV itself, one has a small 90 degree elbow that fits into the rear of the intake and the other is a large boot. The non-heated is a single line from the PCV to the intake.
