In Motion Bypass / Video while car is in move

Hi all,

I wonder if someone already found a way to bypass the vehicle in motion, to be able to show video while car is on move.

Hoping that there is a software / coding solution for it, rather than Naviks which is both expensive ($300) and requires some extensive physical installation.

Naviks is the way....or a 3rd party CarPlay adapter.
