Intelligent Key FOB issue on 2017 Expedition

I have four key fobs that will start the vehicle when I put them in the key fob holder inside the vehicle that is usually used when the battery is dying/dead on the key fob. One of the key fobs, which is original to the vehicle, will remotely unlock/lock/start/open the tailgate on the vehicle, but the other 3 keys fobs will not do anything remotely. I have tried swapping out the batteries, but still nothing works on those three key fobs.

1 original key fob that works completely
1 original key fob that will only work to start the vehicle when placed in the key fob holder underneath the coin tray in the center console
2 after market key fobs that will only work to start the vehicle when placed in the key fob holder underneath the coin tray in the center console

I am at a loss for what to try next. I am debating using Forscan to program two new fobs to the Expedition and then tossing all 4 of these key fobs.

The second key fob that is OEM but not fully functional (and the original key fob) can be erased by a dealer, then reprogrammed to your vehicle.

I picked up a reprogramer from Tom's Key Company, they also have new fobs or they are available very reasonably on Amszon
