My Sync 3 died, apparently. Took it to the dealer for diagnosis and they said the FCDIM needs to be replaced. Its my understanding the FCDIM is the panel where the button and knob controls for media and the HVAC system are. They are all functioning. Its the Sync 3 that doesn't work.
Is there something on the FCDIM that impacts the APIM for Sync 3?
