Key pad replacement

Hey guys! I haven't been on the forum in a long time..so whats up?!

My key pad for entry stopped working.
Has anyone had this before ? How did you fix it and or can i just replace it?

Hoping to get some insight before tearing into it.

I have the same issue. My key pad doesnt even light up so i assume its not getting power. Some have found a wire fray in the flexible tubing that goes from the car to the door but to get to that requires a ton of effort. If anyone has tried this def mention it because i really could benefit from a key pad that works.
