Lincoln navigator problems multiple issues

I would leave battery disconnected for a few hours. if all problems still persist you may have to have FORD run their scanner to clear things up. Are you using a proper Motorcraft battery? or some pep boys special? battery output must be identical to the OEM battery for all components to work properly (lots of computers on the Navi)
