The Brake Caliper bolts. One fell out this week on the left rear caliper and was making a clunking and grinding sound which was subtle at first but got progressively worse as the other bolt loosened up. The caliper ground a nice 2mm deep groove on the inside of the wheel. So yeah...

Did you torque them with a torque wrench when you installed them before this happened?

Never touched them. It had a full brake job at Wilson Ford in Corvallis right before I took possession of it.

They probably failed to torque the m correctly or at all. My bet is they hand tightened it and forgot to finish tightening them. Or they just didn't tighten them enough
