Right now I have two cars an '02 Trans Am WS6, and an '88 Bronco XLT. I am looking to replace the Bronco with either an Expedition or Tahoe/Yukon. I am leaning towards the Expedition because the Bronco has been a good truck for me except for the rust. I was wondering if the Expeditions have problems with rust, I know that the Tahoes/Yukons are pretty good about that.

I have been paying close attention to the Expeditions and the F150's of the same body style and I couldn't find any rust on the ones that I have seen. I am just really cautious about buying a truck that's prone to rust. Mechanical problems aren't a big deal to me because I can fix them easily. I really don't have any experience in body work or have the space to do it. I work as an Audi tech., so I deal with the technical side of things all day. I never have to deal with body work though.

Modern corission resistance is pretty good these days. If you go new/newer, I'd lean toward the Expedition. The IRS makes it ride and handle quite well for a large vehicle.

dwalin, I just noticed your location Moscow, Russia. I am from Minsk, Belarus originally. I am surprised to hear that there are Expeditions out there. I hear that people with money there usually will go for something like a G500, ML430, X5, Range Rover, etc.. I didn't know people liked American cars there.
