Hello just wanted to check if any body has any luck in fixing the steering wheel shaking in Ford Expedition 2024 XLT 20 “ rims. And also the steering wheel feels loose. Story short I have taken the vehicle 4 times to dealer and the only thing they have done is replace the tires and balance them. The problem still happening. Any ideas what to do ? Thank you

If your steering wheel feels loose and four trips to the dealer have not resulted in a resolution, I would find another dealer.

What did the dealer tell you they did to resolve a loose steering wheel?

They just told me that is common issue on this vehicle that they are waiting for ford to come up with some type of recall. That was it.
This is why people hate their dealers! I'm fortunate as hell as I have one who thinks outside the box and wants be to continue to by stuff from them. There aren't many mechanic's anymore, just replace parts specialist's. Spend a few bucks and take it to an independent front end shop and have them diagnose it.

I'm on the same page as @Fastcar . I know you said you got the tires replaced and balanced, but if you did this at the dealer, i'd be curious if they took the time to really do the balance right, and actually check/notice if a wheel was possibly bent or something. Discount Tire recently found that I have a tiny bend in one of my wheels, likely from a pothole or some other big impact. I actually think I know when it may have happened, but regardless, I had the tires balanced more than twice since that impact, and the time one tech happened to find the bend.

Also, I don't believe what you're describing has really come up a ton on here, so I don't quite understand why there would be a recall. Seems like things that serious you come up on the forums way before Ford gets off their keister and admits to something.
