Lowering a 4WD Expo, possible?

ok just a idea but instead of pulling the fuse out to kill the awd. why don't you wire a simple toggle switch to the wires going to the fuse to cut the power to it and install it inside the cab. so when you want to kill the awd you just have to hit the switch.
