Magnaflow catylitic converters

thats what i have on my truck...its hard to tell cause i did the 4 cats and opened up my y pipe and ran larger pipe the rest of the vehicle so i cant really say how much they did vs the larger pipe. my brother did just a magnaflow cat with stock muffler... he got a good deal on it and his truck is louder. i figured if you are keeping the 4 cats it is the only way to make it louder. im the only expy around town that rumbles even all the f150's withflowmasters are quiet.

performance? idk... i still feel like i lost a lil tq off the line but truck feels normal again now that i got an edge...almost like i didnt have enough back pressure. but as i stated under the current eng and performance ***** thread about help with a performance chip the edge to bakers settings wakes up the sleeping beast. i needed all the power i could get yesterday and damn did she move when i asked her too

sorry to answer late. im considering replaceing the 2 main cats with magnaflows i dont want to touch the smaller ones just incase (knowing my luck ill screw it up) im also gonna get a programmer and a jet mass air flow sensor i hope it gets louder otherwise im gonna get cutouts.

just a fyi i fired up my truck with the muffler cut off when it had the original cats and the magnaflows and its really not too loud i think my larger diameter pipe actual made it louder

Im running dual 2.5 inch pipes into the flowmasters so I hope it will get louder the magnaflow cats u have are high flows or called universal fit? The part # would
be good if u have it

the front ones are actually a catco highflow. magnaflow doesnt have one thats at like a 120 degree angle or as i should say with the right bend. and no i dont remember the numbers i had a local shop do it.

do we really need to have those two damn small ones? im so tempted to cut those f**kers out and put some 2.5 inch pipe in there place
