Message center not working HELP..

New to the forum guys. I need some help bad on my wife's expedition. Currently the message center is not working. Its an 05 eddie bauer 4x4, the message center is in the quage cluster. It is completely black. I have tried disconnecting the battery for awhile to see if it would reset (didn't work). Try holding down two buttons at once to reset it (didn't work) Anyone have any idea what else i could check. Is there a seperate fuse for this thing..

Also, the rear air when on makes a popping noise like a door opening and closing..Any ideas..

We love this truck but the problems keep adding up on it...

For the cluster, take the cluster apart and see if there are any loose connections. I'm sure if you search for "gauge cluster" or something similar, you'll find instructions on removing it (it's only a few screws).
