The headrest in the middle row of my 2010 Eddie Bauer Expy no longer folds. It is stuck in the up position. This is not a problem for normal use, but it won't allow the seat to roll up as far for those getting into the 3rd row and it doesn't allow the seat to go to cargo mode.
FYI. The strap is sticking out much further than normal, so I am assuming the strap is broken from the mechanism in the headrest.
Is this reparable or does the headrest need replaced?
I tried to search this but only came up with DVD style headrest issues.
