Mirror dimmer not working ?

Hi my EXP 2019 Mirror dimming not working and i send the car for checking 2 times they said no problem. Can any one show my the mirror dimming of his car need help to show the Agent

Which mirror? For my drivers side mirror, I have found if I clean it, the dimming function resumes.
