So this morning I started my 07 EL (121xxx) and after a couple seconds it died. It won't start now. Yesterday I believe I have a #2 cop out (free MAC tools code scanner :)) DTC p0302. Anyway, while trying to get it to start, I'd let go of the key and it would continue to crank. Weird. Any thoughts? I have an extended warranty but the timing is going to be tricky as I work 15-16 hours a day. Not sure how to get it to the mechanic.

The continuing to crank is normal. If you push the key to the start position and let go the engine will continue to crank until it starts.

That code means the number 2 cylinder isn't firing. Normally it would still start, but run rough. Have you done any work recently?
