So after a complete intake change the engine runs rough at around 1500 Rpm's
No intake leaks at gaskets. No fluctuation in RPMs Definitely feels like a cylinder down. During a road test she hesitates a bit but after 2000 RPms it goes away
I'm feeling it's a fuel problem.
No Codes are coming up so electrically my coils r firing
I did a cylinder balance test and really couldn't pin point the cylinder that was giving me problems.
I mechanically checked the injectors with a long screw driver and confirmed they were all operating from the clicking sound they were making from the end of the screw driver
I do notice a peculiar smell from tail pipe
The odor is new and wasn't evident prior to the change ?
Something up with Cat ?
