My Expedition is Jumping/Jerking when I decelerate about once a day when I am roughly at 20 mph. Is anyone else having this issue? Any idea why it would be happening?

Keep an eye on your gear selector and see if the jerking correlates to downshifting gears. IIRC there was a notice that came out around late 2018 early 2019 about an issue like this that could be fixed with a TCM update.
