I've thought about replacing the "factory look" with a wood grain snap-in but changed my mind. I've looked at the new '05 King-Ranch which has it and it looks silly.

Carbon fiber is a nice look on small scale things...to me at least.

Ken, what is going to happen when you wipe the dash down with a cleaner and the adhesive comes loose???

I don't wipe it down with cleaner. I only use water. :)

The adhesive side is pretty strong stuff! I imagine it'll be there for the rest of the truck's life.

Ihave the wood grain kit that came with the truck (bought it used) it has held up real good

anybody got any pics of the carbon fiber in a 2000 i thought about doing it to mine but i am really thinking about just doing the outside and leaving the inside stock
