I need some advice on pricing and reviews on 2020 Expedition XLT 202A package. I have a 2019 F150 XLT 5.0L and I'm thinking about trading it in for the expedition mentioned in this thread. The dealer listed the retail price for $62K but has it reduced on their website for $53K. It has all the options (moonroof, leather an etc). But it's NOT 4x4.

They have some great incentives (repeat buyer $1250, additional $3750 trade in allowance which I qualify for) and a few other discounts. Since I'm upside down about $5k (trade-in value $37k / owe $42K) I'm about a few dollars short, I figure with the incentives I should be about even. The salesman told me (a personal friend) they have about $8k-$10K to play around with.

Recommendations on this vehicle? Reliability? What would be a good price?
Thanks in advance!!

Brand new? If not, how many miles?

Brand new, $50-53k USD is a good deal (w/ 202A EQP). 4x4/AWD normally adds $2-3k USD.

Yes, brand new. That's what I figured around that price. Thanks for the info.

I paid $48.7k plus TTL that came out to about $52.3k out the door. MSRP was about $64k. It was a 2019 Expy XLT 202A 4WD w/o the pan roof (didn't want it). Purchase made in Aug 2019. It was new with about 10 miles on it. Had electrical issues all fixes under warranty. I will be buying the Ford extended warranty. All the electronic scares me. Can't imagine come 3yr/36k miles and the new car warranty ends. I have a 1999 Ford Explorer XLT that I bought new back in 1999 (I still drive it once in awhile) and have no issues whatsoever but obviously doesn't have all the new electronics like the Expy and all new cars these days.
