Alright guys. First off. Thanks for all the help like always! You guys are awesome.
I have a 2000 exp. XLT 4.6. It just rolled over 240,000 yesterday. I am the 3rd owner of this car and the only thing that has been changed on her is the oil regularly, and the spark plugs. The truck rides extremely smooth and shifts smoothly too. I have changed out the water pump and thermostat because there was a little leak coming from the water pump. I've changed the serpentine belt, heater core and in the process of replacing the COPs. And I've had the coolant system completely flushed.
This truck is my daily driver. I put at least 100 miles a day on the truck. Today I drove for 255 miles. But I want her to last me as long as possible. What are some things that I can do to her to make sure I get the most out of her? Any type of flushes? Replacing certain parts hoses or sensors? Maintenance tips? Upgrades on better gas mileage. Anything and everything will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time and help!

I would slowly replace everything...if needed...check all hoses and if theyre in good shape no need to do anything...all filters...cabin filters...fuel filters...etc...look at ur ball joints...rotors and pads...02 sensors...speed sensors...sway links...struts...shocks...really its everything as u deem necessary to be preventative...wheel bearings...fuel injectors...

Thanks for the reply! Nice expy by the way.
How about the transmission fluid and filter? I saw a video on how to do it and I kinda practiced on one today at the junk yard. Seems pretty easy and straight forward. I have the 4R70W transmission. Which transmission fluid should I buy? And how many quarts do I need?
