Just updating the thread...I was told by our mechanic that it is a head gasket issue and worst part of all is that he said he cannot fix it because the bolts that he needs to remove are rotted and said if he breaks them then it will be way too much work and he doesnt have the equipment to fix them if they break.
He said that it looks like the front panel cover was removed and the bulb was removed for the check engine light.
So, his advice is to sell it or just fix the emission codes and leave it leaking and just add oil. Said that it may be a quart for couple thousand miles....he doesnt think it will get any worst.
Doesnt think there is a thermostat thats why the heat is not working.
I am going to try to sell it as is or for parts and see if I can recoup some of my money, if not then I will bite the bullet and just deal with the leak since the truck will only be used for camping trips. I hate doing that cause the last thing I want is to brake down with the whole family somewhere during a long drive for a camping trip.
