Need help with original wheels & center caps

I just picked up this '99 and it had the original wheels but no caps. I purchased some caps I found locally but it seems like the retaining clips are just slightly too large or lugs too small.

I've tried to figure out the problem with research and best I can tell is that in '99 Ford switched from 12 to 14 mm lugs mid year but from the look of my wheels I have the larger 14mm so not sure what is up.

I am attaching the images here in hopes that someone with better knowledge of part numbers can help.

Just got their reply and it was simply that the part is no longer made so if anyone has any info on the part I need I would like to search the used market.

those are XLT wheels on your EB. ebay you can find the caps pretty easy. also shared with the f-150.

We have a Pull-A-Part here which I love because it's the lowest price (short of free) for anything on the vehicle but if you don't get there within 24 hours of when they put it on the yard you'll never get the center caps, side view mirrors or radio equipment.

Ebay saves the day again.
