need help !!!!!!

its a 2004 expidition



so i was just driving my car everything is working fine . i parked truned the car off . 10 minutes later i go to crank it and it turns over but it does not crank , it trys to start but sounds like its not getting gas i checked all the fuses and hit the reset button and still nothing i really need help tganks in advance

check battery connections and intake to make sure theyre on and secured....

Lots of possibilities.

Crank position sensor
Fuel Pump
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Ignition system

You can try cranking it, then go pull the air filter and sniff to check if you smell gasoline in the intake. That would definitely rule out fuel delivery problems.

If you are really brave, pull a spark plug, put the coil pack on the removed plug, and hold the plug tip against a ground. Try to crank the car and check for sparks at the plug. That would tell you if the ignition system is working. Also, if there is spark, the crank angle position sensor is probably good, too. Be warned, though, doing this can put fuel vapors into the engine compartment - where you are holding the spark plug. Explosions are possible.
