Need New Tires to go with the lift...help me pick the size

I run a 295/70/17......so 33.5 x 11.7. Factory width wheels -10mm + .25 spacer. No rub. You will want the most width....that is what makes the appearance.

Still waiting on the front shocks. I have installed the spacers. I need to take some pictures to post.
Between these two sizes, which one do you think will work with less trimming? I'm not sure if the width or height is more of the issue.
275/65r20 34"x11"
285/60r20 33.5"x11.5"

In my case with RL 3/2, 285/60/20 just barely touch the felt liner when in full lock (+25mm offset) I ended up pull the felt liner further to the front to make a 1.5“ clearance. And I now have 35/12.5/20 extremely happy.
