so i am doing some research on the Ford Expedition. There are 2 EL xlt in the area. One is a 12 with 87k miles and the other is an 11 with 110k miles. Would you all pay $2k more fir the 12 over the 11. The 12 is the 2 tone black with beige bottom and black leather and 11 is dark blue 2 tone with cream leather.

Absolutely I would. For me that's a difference of 2 years of miles/driving and two tone black looks baller. Of course given they both had the same options and motors were quiet. With the 5.4, the newer the better since they made continuous improvements right up till they stopped putting them in the expedition in 14. Plus, the black leather shows less wear. All the beige leather ones I looked at had visible wear on the drivers side outer bolster. The black ones were much harder to see any wear. Plus I've seen jeans transfer a blue hue to beige leather seats before.

Obviously $2000 is not the problem so...
which one has a better Carfax/autocheck (how many owners, accidents, maintenance logs)
which one drives/rides better?
what one looks better?
what one is in better condition?
Black interior in the Florida heat?

I wanted the 5.4 and the newest I could find/afford. I did find my perfect EL Limited locally. Black on black 2014 with 80,000 miles. The newer the better for me as I'm in road salt country.
Good luck...
