Just checking in..bought an 06 eddie bauer edition this week...Can't wait to start modding it...and ran across this site...

looking to replace the stock head unit, the front grill and put some 33's on it...it's lifted 2.5" now...

Post up if you have an suggestions on wiring harness suggestions, as well as a line on any wheel/tire packages for sale...

welcome to the site...for wiring harnesses...go to crutchfield.com and outfit your car and it will show everything needed to do the job and you can search the internet for cheaper pricing...I would suggest buying from them as they will give you install sheets of how to take everything apart...they also give lifetime support of the equipment you buy from them...so if you buy another vehicle and keep the head unit they will send sheets and give support of installing it to your new vehicle

Welcome I too am new 2 this forum and live in New Jersey. I normally hang out in the FTE site as I have superduty's, but I too am looking to install a head unit in my wifes 2006 Expy with RES and was snooping around here to figure it out....

Thanks for the suggestions..unfortunatly crutchfield is saying ill lose the rear dvd player with a new head unit...im probably going to just add an aux input with bluetooth and a sub I had from my previous ride for now...the stock radio isnt too bad..thanks again..

Search on here for rear dvd or something like that...ppl have done it...new hu and kept the rear dvd
