New to the forum just bought a 02 Expedition that I wanna restored to its previous glory. Runs great looks okay, interior is about a 5/10. First thing I need to do is get the air working as it is hot here in GA

welcome!
I bought an 04 thirteen months ago. I could not be happier. mine was a fire truck (police package), under 100k miles in showroom condition. it did need some work; the fire department wore out the electronics, but they did take good care of it.

I'm trying to post a pic out of my media gallery in my profile, but apparently I know nothing.

oh. that's how I do it. It only took 4 or 5 edits before I got it.
anyway, by the end of summer, it'll have a tuner in it, and hopefully shorty headers as well.
before those ancient tires completely wear out, I'll have a lift and wheels to go along with the new tires. also skid plates.
i'm searching craigslist for a flux capacitor, too.

so far, I have new tires and wheels, and most of the necessary repairs done. Tuner within a couple of weeks, at most. no headers, no lift, no skids, no nothin'. yet. might not do a lift after all, the new tires are 2" taller.
real life is what happens when you're making plans.

update on the pix. the OEM alloys were a vanity upgrade since it was a supervisor's vehicle. I'm putting the police package wheels back on it.
