No air on acceleration

Hi all, so when I am under load, like going up hill or accelerating, only warm air comes out, but when just cruising along I do have A/C. What do you think is going on?

Could it be a faulty vacuum line somewhere ... related?

That's exactly what our navigator does. It rarely sees highway and hasnt been a huge issue and being 90 degrees w no garage and a black vehicle it hasnt been a priority for me. I assumed it was a vacuum leak due to how it would respond w throttle.
