No GPS or Navigation Maps in 2013 Max

Help ! Maps & Navigation Maps atre way off the mark ; 2013 Expee Max . Can I re - set ? After I killed a battery I lost clock = time display and GPS .

Is your SXM radio working. I had a problem where the antenna above the passenger side had a seal compromised. This was allowing water into the area and flaking out the GPS and the SXm radio. I took down the trim work on the A pillar windshield area and was able to see I’ll down the headliner enough to get the antenna unbolted. I cleaned the area with 91% alcohol and dried the area and the bottom of the antenna with a hair dryer. Tested it and it started working correctly. When I reinstalled the antenna, I scraped off all the old seal and cleaned it well, making a new seal out of RTV silicone. My Expedition is a 2010, and this happened about 2 years ago. It’s probably your issue.
