I have Obtained a 2010 ford expedition xlt recently. no premium features, no amplifier or rear subs, steering radio controls, stock ford radio. Just bone stock. And recently, i bought a 2010 Lincoln navigator thx sync 1 navigation system. i plugged it up to the factory radio cables. and when i first turned the expedition on the radio boots and radio and navigation worked. but the volume was saying max volume on the screen but there was audio playing though the speakers at a super low volume. when i went to user device, it showed Bluetooth and audio stuff and the Microsoft by sync icon, but a few seconds later i went back to the radio and back to user device, but when i did and clicked user device, it said, "Connection error - see dealer", i tried pulling fuse #3 (sync fuse) when i did and put it back in, same problems. tried replacing the fuse and still the same problem. im not sure if it would be due to the being no amplifier, steering radio controls, or the head unit itself. im trying to keep the navigation unit and use it, so if anyone could help me out that would be nice
