I have a 2016 Expedition and when the fan is on max with either AC or heat it sounds like the fan blade is rubbing on something. If I turn the fan speed down to low and up a setting or two I don't hear it. Doesn't mean it isn't happening just that I don't notice it. Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
