Odd exhaust issue, glass fibres hanging out of tailpipe.

So, this weekend I had a bunch of glass fibre hanging out of the exhaust pipe of my 2019 exhaust. It's relatively evident that the final silencer on the exhaust is a glass packed item. I've never seen, or had reason to notice this on another vehicle.

I was a bit concerned it was not allowing the flow that it should and pulled a fair bit of it out.

Anyone have some insight on this...

Looks like the muffler must have failed internally and blew all the material back...

Not uncommon on these, the packing in the resonator blows out after time.

Poor quality muffler and/or resonator from Ford.
