Oil leak near, oil filter

Hi all, I have a small oil leak, first I thought it was a loose oil filter. I changed the oil filter, this did not fix problem. I tightened the oil filter mount bolts, they were loose. The leak still persist, it's small but annoying. The leak is the size of a quarter, any ideas on how to fix. If I have to remove oil pump, the Haynes manual, was a little confusing on what has to come off to get at external pump.

Did you check to see if the gasket at the oil filter neck was good before you tightened the bolts down?
