Has Anyone Used Mobil 1 High Mileage 5W-30 in There Expeditions & Noticed Any Difference??
How Good is This Oil For My 01 Eddie Baur That Has 173,000 Miles On It?

i use the regular 5-30 full syn from mobil1. i have noticed the oil stays cleaner longer after the first few oil changes.(after it gets all the junk out). i have 186,***, miles on her now

thinking about it im going to use Mobil 1 High Mileage 10W-30.. i know the manual says 5w20 should there be any issues with this?

You will just get a little more startup noise as the oil is thicker than recommended..but i would stay with 5-20(better in the long run for the motor)

Buy a good quality oil
Stay with recommended weights
Change it Often

i run valvoline full synthetic 5w30 and change it every 5000miles and i use a qt in that time

Just did mine with 5w 30 - but only because I had it kicking around - I'll be going to the 5w20 after this change again... 6.6L of oil - wow...
