EDIT: Code is P013C
So today, one year and just over 2000 miles of ownership my new to me Expy with 119K miles suddenly flashed a Check Engine lamp while stopped at a light. I pulled over checked oil. Oil is fine, no overheating. It was a bit cold out maybe the 60's here in Florida. I turned around and went back home and got a different car.
I don't have a decent scanner, but have a ScanGuage and pulled up one code , the P013C which Googles to: O2 Sensor Slow Response - Rich to Lean. I think it is Bank 2 Sensor 2 downstream on passengers side?? Does this add up?
I have had no driveability problems at all except at times when idling at a light, a very slight sensation of the engine misfiring and the RPM falling almost imperceptibly, more a seat of the pants feeling that the engine stumbled and shook. I have considered that to be the AC compressor kicking in, though it was so random I could not prove that it was.
I could throw an O2 sensor at it and later find some other thing causing it, so I am throwing it out for the experts.
