Parts cross reference requested

I hit a deer with my 2012 Expedition, seems like salvage yard parts are non-existent. Can someone tell me what years will cross over, both Expedition and maybe F150, F250, F350?

Most parts from 2007 Expedition up should fit. Should be millions of them out there. Aftermarket bumpers, grilles, fenders too. Not sure on the F-150.

Unfortunately, I don't have only liability insurance on this vehicle, no comp & collision.
