Any PI heads will fit 2000 expy.

The "Lightning guys" recommend staying away from Patriot Performance. Can not really tell you why just seen it posted a few times before. They recommend ported heads from the various lightning vendors/speed shops. Check out lightningrodder for info.. If you have a bit more $$ you can go for the tfs heads. They perform as well box stock (if not better) vs full port PI heads. Plus there is no concern about ejecting spark plugs (10 thread count). They also do not have plug bosses like stock heads which have been known to create a hot spot in power adder applications.

If you do get PI heads either get the new motorsport version with the higher thread count or get inserts installed (aluminum inserts only) they do have steel inserts...stay away.

i wonder why...i had friends in the military that did alot of drag racing and a couple of them had patriot heads and they liked them
