Just got my Platinum Max 4X4. Phone reception seemed to be great in the beginning but now I’m getting a lot of distortion. Anyone else have this issue? Also my Spotify keeps randomly switching over to other apps like iHeart Radio. Trying to figure out if this is a reception issue with my phone or something electronically going on with vehicle or something up with antenna?

Thanks!

2022 model?
It happens with mine when I do wireless apple carplay. I actually think it's a carplay issue, because my wife's car does the same thing.
When I force reboot the iphone, it seems to work much better.

I have a 2021. I thought it might have something to do with my dash cam but after some investigating I think it’s the phone itself like yours. Running Spotify and some other stuff seems to work weird with the wireless stuff. Maybe an update is required?

I have a daily issue on a particular bridge in the morning where my wireless apple car play briefly quits syncing to the stereo. Tried other phones and it still messes up. Sure its some kind of of tower interference but only in the morning and not through out the day. It wont do it when I turn Bluetooth off and wire in to Sync. Cant fully understand it which bothers me the most.
