Plug wires

My daughter has a 1997 Expedition that keeps popping the plug wires off of cylinders 3&5. I push them back on and she goes a little ways and they pop off again and throw the code of a misfire. I have replaced the wires 2 times in 4 months, does anyone have any idea what could be causing it and how to fix it?

Are these coil over plug assembly's? There is a tab on the coil which bolts down. If the bolt is missing, the the coil is floating over the plug and work itself out.

Make sure those spark plugs are properly torqued down, and no compression gases are escaping that would blow the plug wire off the plug.
