Power seat tilt rear tilt will not work - help?!?

Hi, I have a 2004 Expedition and the rear tilt function will not work. Front tilt, forward and back all work. Since both tilt functions (rear and front) must work to raise and lower seat, that doesn't work either. It does make a really loud noise when trying to raise it up, so I am assuming the motor is working fine? I have checked for any obstructions that could be hindering it, but see nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Not looking forward to driving with a pillow under my butt.
