Power steering pump

The power steering pump locked up and pully broke i have it bypassed right now but started to replace and 3 bolts took out and thought was missing one but the one all the way to back on bottom the head is broke off i wanted to know if it would be possible to easy out the bolt amd if it is what would i need to take loose to get to it

Depends how it broke off. Is their any of the bolt extending that you can lock on to with a pair of locking pliers? If not yes you'll have to drill and use an extracter. If the bolt surface is flat, usually those are easy, but when they snap off at an angle, not so much. Whatever plan you take, spray into the area liberally with a creeping spray that will soften any rust first.
