Q: 2007 Expedition 2WD and spacer lifts

I'm looking at a 2007 Expedition 2WD, and researching my lift options before I buy it. I definitely want a spacer lift and want to run 33s without rubbing.

Does anyone have the 3/2, on a 2WD, and 33s? Did you rub? Rub in a turn/articulated? Did you have to trim?

I heard someone say that the Gen 3 Expeditions had the same ride height for both 2WD and 4WD. Is that the case?
