people with this notion of towing tunes race tunes economy tune just incredible how this makes me laugh.

if you're worried about towing that weight up the hill/mountain I would suggest to take OD off first. and yes a trans tune by a ford tuner will alter the shift timing to make it seem the trans is slipping less although the trans will still slip a little bit. its there it will happen.
your trailer might be in at 1.400 pounds so adds the mustang and the trailer you are still fine with that weight behind the 5.4. a hell of a lot better than the ecoboost that's for sure.
don't worry about it.

Just curious what this statement about the 5.4 being better than the ecoboost is based off of? Every independent test I have seen conducted states otherwise.
