When I turn off the car with the Sirius radio on, when I restart the car, the radio goes to AM. Why can't they fix this?

What year? Neither of my 15s changes the source after being turned off and back on.

My '08 doesn't do this. Make sure the "always hot" lead stays hot and fuses are good.
