In several 3rd gen Expeditions, new and old, I've noticed that the rear ceiling AC vents flip shut by themselves when the fan is turned up to high speed. Any obvious fix for this?

I actually just replaced one of my vents cause of this. I can't see anything obvious in the old one that I took out, I guess the plastic just wares out and looses all its friction and won't stay in one place. I ordered the new one from Tasca, the correct part number for a black for the '15 up is pictured.
